🚚 Delivery

We deliver orders throughout Ukraine via Nova Poshta.

  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

  • Delivery cost — according to Nova Poshta tariffs.

  • Orders are shipped daily (except Sundays).

  • You can choose branch delivery, parcel locker, or courier delivery to your door.
    After shipment, you will receive a tracking number (TTN) to monitor your parcel.

For products available on pre-order, the shipping time is agreed individually.

 

💳 Payment

Choose the most convenient payment method for you:

  1. Cash on delivery (COD) — pay for your order and delivery directly upon receipt.

  2. Online payment by Visa / MasterCard — via a secure payment system (LiqPay or WayForPay).

  3. Bank transfer for legal entities — based on a provided invoice.

 

⚠️ Please note

  • Upon receiving your order, check the package for damage and verify its contents.

  • If the item is damaged, please create an incident report with the Nova Poshta representative and contact us.

  • Orders that are not paid within 3 days after confirmation may be automatically canceled.
