At DronOn, we care about your satisfaction. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations or arrives defective, we offer a simple and transparent return or exchange process in accordance with Ukrainian law.

 

🔄 Exchange Policy

You can exchange a product within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • the item has not been used;

  • its original appearance, packaging, seals, and complete set are preserved;

  • you have proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, etc.).

Exchange is possible for a similar product.

 

💰 Return Policy

If you wish to return a product, we will issue a refund to your bank account within 3–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the item at our warehouse.

A return is possible if:

  • the product has a manufacturing defect;

  • you received the wrong item;

  • the item does not match the description on the website.

 

⚙️ Warranty Service

Most electronic components and drones come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period is specified on the product page.
If you find a defect, please contact us — we’ll assist with diagnostics and help send the product to the appropriate service center.
